Doug Redford

Doug Redford is a veteran broadcaster who now works in the advancement department of Mel Trotter Ministries, a gospel rescue mission in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Prior to working with Mel Trotter Ministries, he worked for twelve years with Prison Fellowship Ministries. He has a background in hockey radio play-by-play and was a broadcaster for the Port Huron Flags of the International Hockey League from 1979 to 1982. In 1982 he won a UPI college broadcast award for play-by-play sports. He currently does high school football play-by-play across west Michigan for Sportsplay, Inc.
